A small, well maintained, flat site, it makes the ideal base for a relaxing countryside break, within easy reach of glorious walks and the attractions of nearby cities. Trailer tents and tourers will find grass and hardstanding pitches, each with electric and mains water, some fully serviced. Dogs are welcome to join too!

About Lime Tree Caravan Park
This is the perfect place to relax, unwind and go for quiet walks along the river bank by the site and across the surrounding fields. Just on the outskirts of Ratcliffe Culey, this is a peaceful location offering a relaxing break for couples and families who seek a rural-based holiday. There are a total of eight grass and 14 hardstanding pitches, each serviced with an electric hook up and individual water tap. Guests can also opt for one of the six fully serviced hardstanding pitches, these come with the addition of a gulley for grey waste, along with an illuminated bollard to make parking at night a breeze! All of the pitches here are suitable for trailer tents, caravans, campervans and motorhomes. Each pitch allows up to five guests, with plenty of space for an awning, sunchairs and outdoor furniture. You can also enjoy a small BBQ, as long as it is raised from the ground. Dogs are also welcome to join you for your stay, with up to three allowed per pitch. The surrounding countryside and village are the perfect place for them to stretch their paws!

Facilities are very well maintained and include two toilets, two showers (free to use), a laundry room (coin operated), plus free WiFi.
The local village pub, The Gate, is just a 20 minute walk away. Atherstone is also a five minute drive away and has shops, restaurants, take-aways, an award winning butchers, bakery shops, and two co-op supermarkets.

We enjoyed our stay, the site was well maintained with large pitches and all amenities were close. The Elsan Point is one of the nicer ones I have come across. The area was very quiet but not too far from Atherstone and other points of interest. We had a pleasant, peaceful stay. Unfortunately I have one gripe and that is there is just the one toilet.

Lovely warm welcome, nice well kept site. Clean toilet and shower facilities, disabled also available. Would definitely recommend. Only half an hour from NEC. Would definitely return again.

Inadequate facilities, 2 showers, 2 toilets and 2 handbasins. If you need a site with services, then there are not enough for 25 vans. Location is not walkable to any shops. Helpful staff.

Things to do on site and in the Ratcliffe Culey area
The site is well situated for some great days out. There is an interesting museum and preserved station at Shackerstone (10 minutes) where you can board the steam train to Shenton and walk to the Bosworth Battlefield Centre.
Atherstone is the local historic market town and just five mintues away with a selection of shops to browse, a swimming pool, a gymnasium, and a library.
The Sence Brook runs along the site's boundary and there are lovely walks along the river bank and the surrounding fields. A short distance away is the hill walking at Hartshill Hayes (15 minutes) with fabulous views.
Twycross Zoo (10 minutes) is a great fun day out for all the family. As a World Primate Centre, you're guaranteed to see a wide variety of animals including elephants, leopards, penguins and more!
