Ardgay Glamping Pods is nestled in the rural village of Ardgay in the Kyle of Sutherland, along the North Coast 500. The modern, fully-furnished glamping pods are complete with an ensuite bathroom, kitchenette, dining area and BBQ. Surrounded by the Highlands natural beauty, it is an excellent base to explore Sutherland and the North of Scotland. Stroll along Dornoch Firth or head on one of the cycling trails before cosying up in your pod.

I loved everything about our stay at Ardgay Glamping Pods. We took all our groceries and found everything we needed within the pod. It was spotlessly clean and very well-equipped. I travelled from Glasgow so it was a long way, but very well worth it.

The two pods are on the homeowner's gravelled driveway, but to the honest, you don't even feel like it! The pod itself is spacious and has everything you could possibly need! The shower was powerful and hot, the cooking hob was very useful and the use of BBQ along with provide firelighters/wood/paper was a perfect touch, especially for the fire pit! Everything was VERY clean, spotless almost and even though reviews date back a few years, it appears brand new! There is even a shed with a provided code which allows you to take bikes for bicycle rides ect! If I wasn't travelling around to different locations on the NC500, then I would have stayed a few more nights as it was just perfect! Thank you for making the trip so special! All I can say is what an amazing stopover!

The whole stay was amazing and facilities were superb, the bonus was Netflix in TV as well! It was an unmanned pod, meaning you do not meet the owner in person rather you get instructions in email to enter the pod and exit accordingly. I was highly impressed by use of intelligence, technology and aesthetics of pod. The pod is large enough for three people to stay with free parking and BBQ.

Immaculate and well equipped pods. Peaceful location. Lots of thoughtful home touches to make visitors feel welcome. Great base for exploring the area. Lovely views of the Dornoch Firth just a short walk away from the pods and Bonar Bridge just 2 mins in the car. Would definitely recommend.

Me and my partner were over the moon with our stay in the glamping pod. I thought the pictures looked good on the website but it is even better in person. The pod was immaculately clean throughout, it had all of the essentials needed and lots of nice personal touches from the host to make your stay extra special. We would both definitely stay again.
