About Ace Hideaways
There are five spacious bell tents nestled among the lush greenery suiting groups or, for couples looking to escape from the hustle and bustle, there is a choice of two furnished shepherd's huts waiting for you. Fire pits are also available outside each shepherd's hut and bell tent. And if you want to go back to basics, why not bring your own tent and pitch up in the woodland to enjoy the lovely surroundings? Well behaved dogs are welcome but must be kept on a lead whilst onsite.

Facilities include modern toilet and shower blocks as well as off the grid showers near the camp kitchen, where you'll also find a communal fire pit.
The site reception shop stocks camping essentials and snacks on site.

Things to do on site and in the Forres area
The site is on the doorstep of plenty of options whether you're looking for scenic nature walks or adrenaline fuelled white water rafting. On site, you'll find family white water rafting and cliff jumping around the River Findhorn as well as paintballing. Thrillseekers can also have a go at the Highland Fling Bungee Jump.
Try out golf with a twist with a game of disc golf set amongst the larch pine forest. The site has three 9 hole courses catering from beginners to the more advanced players.
Kayaking and canoeing is also available in the middle section of the River Findhorn with two person inflatable canoes and kayaks all under instruction by the friendly qualified river guides.
Bushcraft and first aid courses are also available.
