A note from the site themselves...
We are Moira and Matthew. After Moira's diagnosis of cancer in 2021, we realised we wanted to work, live, laugh and love with each other while running a business that revolved around values linked to nature. We wanted to make people feel good whilst giving a little bit back to the world.
We were fortunate to find a Victorian cottage with surrounding meadows, and we've managed to make our dream come true.

Myself (father) and 3 (near 4) year old daughter had a lovely time staying at the site for a night and it exceeded expectations.
We stayed in a huge bell tent but made full use of the hub, where there was table tennis and football and countless toys and games for children. We were hosted by Kirsty.
Instead of making use of the gas barbecue, we opted to have dinner in the nearby village of Warlington.
We had marshmallows on the fire on the first night and my daughter was made welcome to play with the other (slightly older) children and had a comfortable night.
The next day, we attended a bird box decorating class, which we found to be very reasonably priced with a generous allotment of time and materials.

Great location with lots of beautiful rides right on the doorstep. Tent was clean and well equipped and check in was easy. The hosts kindly accommodated a slightly earlier check in, which was much appreciated. We enjoyed the little snack pack that was provided.

Bell Tent - Unfurnished Bell TentsAug 2023
Ideal location and spacious bell tent, ideal for taking small dog as it was unfurnished.
The location allows easy access to many local attractions in the Surrey Hills, such as Godstone Farm & Priory Park for children & Biggin Hill museum, where we saw a Spitfire fly. Especially good base for walking and cycling. I took my young grandson and the dog as he wanted to try camping, they both thought it a great adventure!
