About River View Touring Park
This family-friendly site is set across six acres of countryside with breathtaking views, a river running along its boundary and fantastic onsite facilities. Located in the heart of South West Wales, guests can enjoy a peaceful country retreat, even bringing the dog along to enjoy some of the nearby woodland walks. The site has three distinct meadows for campers and tourers to choose from. The tranquil River Meadow is predominately adult-only and is also suited for those with accessibility difficulties. Here you can find a selection of electric grass and all-weather hardstanding pitches. While the Oakwood Meadow is not only the biggest of the three but the family friendly meadow. Here the little ones can run wild at the playground! Large grass pitches, hardstanding and fully serviced all-weather pitches are on offer here. Lastly, Gorse Meadow is the site's smallest and offers a range of grass and hardstanding pitches. All grass pitches have a 6 amp electric hook up. Whilst the all-weather and fully serviced pitches offer a 10 amp electric hook up. The site also has a selection of glamping pods available, these are located in the River Meadow. In the summer, guests can enjoy an evening tipple at the seasonal bar! There is also a small shop selling everyday essentials like milk and bread along with traditional Welsh cakes. When available you can even purchase some local bacon, sausages and free range eggs! Please note, the site is located close to two A roads so there may be some slight noise during busy periods. Your pups are more than welcome, with up to three dogs allowed per pitch. You can even take them on the site's woodland walk! If you're after some al fresco dining, BBQs are permitted please just make sure they are raised off the ground. Sorry, open fires are not permitted.
The site is open from March to November. Grass pitches are available for Easter, then from May to September.
