Hafod Hall Camping Club is a family-run campsite on the edge of Snowdonia with mountain views and dark skies, providing the ideal place to unwind and get back to nature! Guests can enjoy a wild camping experience with campfires allowed and the choice between wild tent and campervan pitches - you can even choose where you pitch! Families and dogs are welcome.

About the site
A back-to-nature camping site with views of the Welsh mountains, located in a designated dark sky area. The land surrounding the Hafod Hall Camping Club consists of 650 acres of beautiful, unspoiled terrain, making it the ideal base for avid walkers. There is also a large area of woodland, a nature reserve and the Alwen Reservoir for you to explore. Guests can choose between wild tent and campervan pitches set in the picturesque countryside. Please note, there is no mobile phone signal due to the site being high up. If you need to make a call you can use the phone at reception. The owners love animals, and encourage you to bring your dog and relax. There are friendly chickens and sheep here too, with deer and otters frequent guests. During the winter months, November to March, toilet and shower facilities may not be available due to unpredictable weather. The house will be available from 9am until 9pm. Please ring the doorbell outside of these hours. Baskets of wood are available to buy from the site for those hoping to enjoy a campfire, please note that only wood purchased on site is allowed to be used.
Hafod Hall Camping Club is open from 05/01 to 31/12 in 2025 and 2026. Pitches from £26/night for 2 people.
