Set in seven acres of woodland, Nyth Robin offers touring pitches with electric alongside quirky glamping which includes a handcrafted yurt, fabulous bell tents, a cosy woodland cabin, a vintage caravan and a quirky converted horse lorry. The local area is ideal for walking, cycling or a day at the beach. Or simply enjoy a stroll around the site's woodlands or relax by its ponds and listen out for the abundance of wild birds. Campfires welcome.

Well, we've been tenters for 17 years but in November we fulfilled a lifetime ambition and got a VW Campervan. We chose Nyth Robin as the destination for our first real adventure and overnight stays in our new rig! The campsite is superb and didn't disappoint in any way. It's so, so pretty and even a church mouse would appreciate how quiet it is! Perfect for us. The toilets and showers are fantastic and were spotlessly clean whatever time of day we used them. The pitches (we were on the upper level) are so spacious and as we had reserved two pitches we had a huge area to ourselves. I can honestly say this is the best campsite we've ever visited. Shhhhh…..don't tell anyone though 😉.

We've visited loads of sites around the UK and Nyth Robin is first class. Everything you need in the right place, great showers and beautiful setting that the owners use cleverly to give each pitch a little privacy. And, gloriously sign free! We'll definitely come back for longer next time 😀

Me and my girlfriend went here twice last year, enjoyed the place and the coastal walk to the beautiful beach so much we had to do it again before the weather got bad, we will definitely be going back in the future 👌🏻👍

Very friendly and efficient reception. Beautiful natural site. Extremely peaceful and set in a forest setting. Eco friendly as much as possible. Would recommend and revisit.

Loved this site. Stunning setting, brilliant, immaculately clean facilities. Great for walking and just a 10 minute drive from the lovely seaside town of Aberdovey. Will definitely return!

Secluded camping near Aberdyfi

A delightful campsite in a quiet location near to Aberdyfi. Very near to the Dyfi estuary for a lovely sandy area but beware of the incoming tides. The campsite itself is small but perfectly formed with decent sized pitches and excellent free showers. It's popular, with many customers that return every year.

No good for peace and quiet. The caravan was beautiful but was not in a great place. It was situated adjacent to the main parking area and was overlooked by other people. It is neither private, secluded or a pretty spot. Inside the caravan was spotless and gorgeous. It was comfortable. There was constant disturbance by people with huge cars, campervans, and barking dogs. The campsite facilities were quite good but there was a problem with loos blocked on one day. The site is situated off a difficult busy road, and the bus service is not frequent. It was expensive.

I didn’t put more stars for service mainly because of covid the staff kept their distance but I loved the site

Betty was very well equipped, very dog friendly, very clean. The park was great. We came back with family in July and look forward to coming again. A bit out of the way but so what!
