About the site
Nestled in the charming village of Betws-y-Coed within Snowdonia National Park, this site offers a perfect base for exploring North Wales' wonders. This award-winning Morris Leisure Park boasts tranquil surroundings, modern amenities, and easy access to the region's top attractions. Choose from hardstanding or super pitches for your caravan or motorhome, all with electric hook-up (and some with water hook-up). The park features a heated amenity block with disabled facilities, laundry, a shop, and Wi-Fi. Situated near the A5 and A470 junction, the site provides a convenient launchpad for your North Wales adventures. Explore mountains, castles, charming towns, and the stunning coastline. Enjoy a short stroll to Betws-y-Coed village with its shops, restaurants, pubs, and a train station. Explore the Snowdonia National Park Visitor Centre or the Conwy Valley Railway. Bring your furry friend along! The park offers easy access to scenic dog walks.

Site rules and policies
At least one member of the party must be aged 18 or over.
Commercial vehicles and sign-written vehicles may be asked to park in the car park.
Hen and stag parties are not permitted.
Group bookings of four or more units travelling together are not permitted.
A maximum of six persons is allowed per pitch.
Guests require 25 m electric cables, water hoses, and TV coax cables; these can be purchased at the on-site shop.
To avoid the spread of fire, there must be at least 6 metres between the facing walls of adjacent outfits and 3 metres of space in any direction. To help keep guests safe, they are kindly asked to follow the pitching instructions on arrival.
It is recommended that guests use a torch while moving around the park after dark.
Any gas bottles should be stored in a gas locker, in an upright position, and not outside on the pitch.
On Arrival
The parks welcome arrivals between 1pm and 8pm. Guests should speak to the park managers if they are unable to arrive within these times.
If guests are delayed and expect to arrive after 8pm, they should call the site to inform them; otherwise, their booking may be cancelled. Those intending to use a late-night arrival area, if available, must inform the park in advance. These areas may only be used with a booking for the same day.
The park reserves the right to refuse entry if the Park Managers believe a breach of site rules or health and safety may occur.
Guests should ensure they have the following on arrival:
Any membership cards, including Caravan & Motorhome Club and Camping & Caravanning Club, to qualify for a membership discount.
Any full loyalty cards if they wish to redeem a free night.
Any Morris Leisure Complimentary Gift Vouchers to confirm applicable discounts.
Failure to provide any of these items on arrival may alter the remaining balance.
Assistance
Guests who need help, advice, or encounter any difficulties should ask the Park Managers. They are responsible for the smooth running and safety of the site and for ensuring that stays are as enjoyable as possible.
Park Managers are on duty from 8:30am to 5:00pm. Outside of these hours, they can be contacted for emergencies only.
Reception and the shop are open between 8:30am and 5:00pm.
Facilities
Entry to the facilities block is by security key.
Toilet cleaning takes place daily between 11am and 12:30pm (only limited facilities will be available during these times).
All water points have chemical disposal and dustbins. Super pitches include a waste-water drain and fresh water supply.
Awnings, Tents and Gazebos
Awnings are welcome and must be securely attached to the unit. If an awning is larger than 2.5 metres, the pitch may not be able to accommodate it, and it may not be possible to erect it. A pup tent (maximum 1m x 1m) may also be used for additional storage (excluding Llanberis Touring Park), but not for sleeping. These must be kept within the pitch area.
Gazebos and event shelters are not permitted for safety reasons.
Dogs
A maximum of three dogs per pitch is welcome.
Check-Out
Standard check-out is between 8:30am and 12:00pm.
Late check-out (12:00pm - 5:00pm) is available upon request at reception before 11:00am on the day of departure, subject to availability and a £10 charge.
Early check-out may be possible before 8:30am, but barrier access may affect this; guests are advised to contact the park in advance.
Barrier Access
For a peaceful night's sleep and enhanced security, the park entrance barrier is locked between 11:30pm and 7:30am. In case of emergencies during this time, the team is always on duty to assist.
Payment
A £10-per-night deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm a stay.
Before arrival, guests will receive an email reminder with details about settling the remaining balance. Payment is kindly requested at least 48 hours before arrival to ensure a smooth check-in process and allow guests to focus on getting pitched up.
