Wigwam Holidays Knighton is a peaceful glamping site, perfect for anyone looking to switch off from it all in the Welsh countryside. There are just two Wigwams with hot tubs and incredible views, both sleeping up to four people. Situated in the heart of Powys with plenty to do nearby, sit back and relax in luxury.

About Wigwam Holidays Knighton
This secluded glamping retreat is a lovely choice for couples or families looking for a little added luxury, whilst still maintaining an authentic camping vibe. Situated just outside of Knighton, you'll love the breathtaking Welsh countryside views. There are two Wigwams, Red Kite and Buzzard that are set 35 metres apart, so you'll have plenty of privacy. Each one sleeps up to four people on a double bed and double sofa bed with memory foam mattresses and bedding provided. Each Wigwam has an ensuite with a shower, toilet, sink and heated towel rail. The cabins are heated by electric and are nice and warm, You'll have a small kitchenette fully equipped with a fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, two hot plates and a sink. There's also a dining table with four chairs and a smart TV with DVD player. Cooking utensils as well as crockery and cutlery is provided too. Outside, you'll find your own private decking with incredible views stretching over the Heyope Valley. You'll have your own picnic bench and BBQ fire pit as well as your own hot tub, perfect for a bit of pampering. Buzzard cabin has a wood fired pizza oven too! Red Kite Wigwam is dog friendly and dog bowls are provided. Buzzard is pet free.
Wigwam Holidays Knighton is open all year round.
Pod facilities include an ensuite with toilet, shower and sink plus a hair dryer. There is also a well-equipped kitchenette. Buzzard pod has an outdoor brick pizza oven. Both pods include hot tubs.
Knighton is a ten minute drive away with a range of shops and pubs.

We had a great stay here at Wigwam Holidays Knighton. The cabin had everything we needed and was incredibly clean. The views and the farm were lovely with an amazing hot tub and BBQ pit that were the highlights of our trip. Definitely a must-visit!

Had a lovely stay at Wigwam Holidays Knighton, everything was very clean and thought out, we were treated with some lovely welsh cakes too. After arriving we were met by our host and shown how to use the hot tub. Was a lovely stay and felt so remote with shops and food only a 10 min drive away. Lovely countryside walks and ideal for couples/families with dogs. Couldn't recommend it enough.

Things to do on site and in the Knighton area
For anyone who wants to strap on their walking boots and explore nature, 12 miles away you'll find Warren Wood and Water-break-its-neck. This is three short walking trails and a waterfall, a magical experience.
Visit Powys Castle, a National Trust site with beautiful grounds and gardens to walk through. This medieval castle is a great day out for the whole family.
The Elan Valley (45 minutes drive) is a popular destination, five dams built to supply water to Birmingham. It is a beautiful area to drive through and loads of walking opportunities, plus bike hire.
