About Eco Retreats
Set on the edge of Snowdonia National Park on a working farm, five miles from main roads, this site offers guests a truly peaceful glamping escape in Dyfi Forest. WiFi free and set away from nearby towns, the aim is for guests to reconnect with each other and themselves in a beautiful setting with pretty nature all around. There are just three yurts spread over 50 acres of a larger working farm. River yurt, as the name suggests, is set by the river that runs through the site, perfect for those wanting a dip or riverside picnic. Meadow yurt is set in the pretty wildflower meadow, and Ash Valley yurt boasts valley views and is set next to a private rain fed waterfall (weather dependent). Each is complete with a double bed, two futon beds, linen, seating, a coffee table, an indoor cooking area and a log burner. Outside is a private bathroom with a hot shower and a private outdoor wood-fired bath. There's also your own campfire and seating area outside the yurt, to enjoy outdoor cooking. Make the most of the relaxing setting with amazing walks with beautiful views all around the site, explore the ancient Celtic woodlands with rivers and splash pools. With no electricity or WiFi, guests can enjoy a digital detox and completely unwind and reconnect with the wonders of nature, with each other and with themselves. Sorry, dogs are not allowed onsite due to sheep in the neighbouring fields. Guests will need to bring their own towels.
Eco Retreats is open from 29/03 to 02/11 in 2024 and from 04/04 to 07/09 in 2025.
