The campsite is set in a three acre field. It's in the perfect place for sightseeing with castles and beaches in the area. The campsite is family and dog friendly but is also a calm and relaxing site to stay. Pitch up at spacious grass.
Open from 1 March to 1 September
Site facilities include a toilet and shower block, plus there is a laundry service available within the hotel for a small charge. The hotel's restaurant serves up delicious home cooked food served, offers a cosy bar and free parking on site.
BBQs are welcome and there are outdoor security cameras 24 hours a day. A free bus service will take guests straight into the fantastic vibrant city of Cardiff.
Nearby are shops, pubs, a leisure centre, supermarkets, a petrol station and boarding daycare kennels for dogs. It's just a ten minute drive to beaches and lovely coastal walks.

If you are staying with a dog all dogs must be kept on a lead at all times when outside on the field and all dogs mess must be picked up and disposed of in the bins provided onsite.

Close to sandy beaches for family days out by the sea as well as Barry Island Pleasure Park, this site is your base for walks along the coast and thrilling rollercoaster rides at Barry Island.
With the beach on hand, grab your board and surf the waves. Or if that sounds a bit too laid back, you can kick things up a notch or two with white water rafting - you're guaranteed the ride of your life!
Just 8 miles away, Cardiff is home to a whole host of entertainment, nightlife and attractions. Stroll the marina Cardiff Bay, dipping into great bars or grab a bargain at the city's quaint Victorian market.
