A warm welcome awaits you at Acorn Camping and Caravan Site, a small, peaceful and family owned rural site situated on the Glamorgan Heritage Coast a mile from Llantwit Major and the beach. Cardiff Bay is close enough to access easily here and you also have the option of tempting glamping accommodation on site.
The four and a half acre site at Acorn Camping is surrounded by farmland. There are 75 pitches which can accommodate tents, touring caravans and motorhomes - and pitches are individually marked, some with trees and hedgerows providing extra privacy and shelter. The family orientated site operates a quiet time policy between 11pm and 7am and the managers live on the park to ensure the smooth running of the site. Goodyhoo Glamping provides chic options for glampers on site.
Open from 1 March to 31 December
Grass pitches, with electric hook-up available for campers and caravans. Some pitches have hedges surrounding them, ideal for tents as they provide extra shelter.
