About Mill House Caravan and Camping Site

Located just off of the A449, this scenic waterside site makes an ideal base for exploring Worcestershire. Spend your days fishing onsite or venture out and explore the nearby attractions of Worcester and Treasure Island. For tents, trailer tents, caravans, campervans and motorhomes, there are 45 non electric and 75 electric pitches, each with a 16 amp hook up. Each of the grass pitches measures 5m x 5m, allowing up to five guests each. If glamping is more your style, there are two charming bell tents on offer. Sleeping up to four guests, the tents come fully furnished with a proper double bed, a double sofa bed, bedding, fairy lights and cosy finishings. Outside you will also have a table and chairs for al fresco dining. The site also offers a small area for backpackers, with only one person allowed per pitch. Being by the riverside, it is a great spot to simply sit back, watch the boats go by and look out for visiting wildlife. Fishing is also available onsite too! Guests are also more than welcome to bring along a BBQ, as long as it is not gas. Open fires are also not permitted. Up to two dogs are also allowed per pitch, just note that the bell tents are pet free.

Mill House Caravan and Camping Site is open from 01/03 to 31/10.

VW-Type Campervan - Electric Grass PitchesOct 2023

Very convenient, just 10 min drive from the M5. Very helpful and friendly staff. The site was very well kept and toilet and shower facilities were spotlessly clean. We will definitely come back.

Lovely campsite, we stayed to test out our new campervan. Stayed right on the river with an electric hook-up, beautiful location and really helpful and friendly staff. Definitely going to stay again very soon 👍

Single Axle Caravan - Electric Grass PitchesOct 2023

A delighful, picturesque site with easy access to both the River Salwarpe and the Droitwich Worcester canal. Although the Salwarpe proved a blank on fishing it appears there are good pike to be had. The canal which is adjacent to the site holds a good stock of fish and although slightly expensive at £7.50 for a day ticket this is set off by the convenience of the location. Toilets were very clean during my visit, as were the washing up facilities. The Elsan and waste water drain could do with a short ramp to help get a full waste water hog up to be emptied, as without a ramp, you have to lift the hog up and although it was only about 4 inches, I can see that this can be a problem for some. Staff were always cheerful and helpful. I would certainly go again.
