Quarry Farm is a rural farm site just 30 minutes from the seaside town of Scarborough, with panoramic countryside views. There are grass pitches for tent campers only, some of which have electric hook up. Sit back and unwind at this rural site and meet the resident cows and chickens.

Greeted on arrival by host. She kindly informed us where the facilities were. Shower blocks were perfect; new, hot water and really clean. Wi-Fi on the pitch was great. Great views.

A view to die for on a rather exposed, stony slope. Very difficult to peg the tent in (I guess the clue is in the name). Whilst the bathroom was well fitted, it was such a huge, wet room that having a shower felt uncomfortable, because every part of body not in the stream of water was instantly freezing! Would recommend the playground in nearby Ebberston.

Lovely campsite in a gorgeous location. Good clean toilets and showers and a kitchen for washing up. Loads of space for the kids to play. Beautiful views!

Lovely relaxed site. Stunning views and accessible to Scarborough, Whitby and York. The only minor points were that it could've done with one extra shower, the electric kept tripping (but easy to reset, so only a small inconvenience) and maybe have a larger bin than a domestic one, as the area was a bit messy (but blocked off from the rest of the site). Great to see the working farm, and so peaceful. Really enjoyed our stay and hope to return again.

Beautiful campsite, excellent new facilities, in a great location close to Thornton-le-Dale and not too far from Scarborough. The owners are very friendly but leave you to your own devices and the view is amazing. Overall a great campsite, would definitely recommend to anyone.

A lovely place to stay. Unfortunately, we had a storm whilst camping, but the view out from the field was still beautiful. The facilities are newly refurbished and nicely done, the field was getting very wet and the BMW's were struggling a little. However, it is on a working farm, so plenty of people around to help tow out if needed. Would recommend. Also, the pub is a 10 minute walk down the hill into the village, and is very dog friendly.

Clean site in a good location. Didn't see the owners at all - just set up the tent then left the next day. Bathrooms and kitchen were clean.

The campsite was in a beautiful location with incredible views! We booked for two nights but unfortunately only stayed one due to poor weather. However, we will most certainly be returning. Really friendly owners and clean facilities.

I didn't want a fancy campsite, just a place to pitch my tent fairly close to Dalby Forest and this fit the bill just right. The views from the campsite are fabulous. The two ladies I spoke to who worked there were friendly and helpful. The two bathrooms are pretty spectacular for a campsite and there's a kitchen too (really just a room with a sink in it). It's handy for Dalby Forest and Thornton le Dale. I was only there for one night, but would stay here again.

Absolutely as advertised. A field on a hill. Perfect for those wanting to avoid crowds. Immaculate bathroom and pot washing facilities and great waste segregation. Lovely pub with friendly locals within walking distance. YWT Chafer Wood made a pleasant evening stroll.

Lovely quiet location within cycling distance to Dalby Forest. Toilet/facilities were very nice but only 2 large bathrooms, which is ideal for families with young kids. The negative side of this is if the campsite very busy, you will have to wait to go to toilet/shower.

We stayed at Quarry Farm during the Whit Week half term. Two adults and two children. It was exactly what we were looking for, a small campsite, plenty of space, and excellent facilities. Would definitely stay again. Thanks to everyone there.

Only had 2 shower and toilet blocks but had no trouble at all using them as they weren't over crowded. Campsite was clean and tidy.

Me and some friends had a great time camping here. Lots of space to pitch your tent, with great facilities, a short walk to the local pub (The Grapes Inn) and beautiful views.

We enjoyed our stay at Quarry Farm campsite. It was lovely, peaceful...clean and spacious toilets, showers, and kitchen. There were birds and little bunnies on the property. The couple who run the campsite are very conscientious, friendly and accommodating. All-in-all a very pleasant stay on Quarry Farm.

We stayed over two nights and it was wonderful. The facilities were clean and well maintained. The camping space was lovely and peaceful, with hawks and little bunnies hopping around. A perfect respite from the toils of the city. We really enjoyed our stay. All the best.
