A reasonable number of holiday parks can be found within striking distance of Alton Towers. There is also a good selection of caravan parks and touring sites too if have your own caravan or motorhome.

There are a selection of campsites with swimming pools near Alton Towers, and you can find these here.

With more than 40 rides and lots of restaurants and play areas, there really is a lot to fit in. You can have a great day trip, but ideally do stay the night as it's well worth two days.
