Campsites near Sherwood Forest

Hobnob with legendary characters and explore among the stately trees of this ancient pine forest. There are magnificent oaks, too, in Sherwood, dating back 900 years - perhaps the same that Robin Hood once swung through. As you stroll the leafy glades and watch the woodpeckers over head, you'll know you've found the perfect Nottinghamshire holiday spot. These campsites near Sherwood Forest are the perfect place to stay for merry men (and women).
