A warm, friendly welcome on arrival. The Old Barn has plenty to amuse. Owners helpful. Other campers respectful of rules. I'd be happy to come back.

Nice location, easy access to facilities like shower and WC, clean and refurbished (the ladies at least). Easy to find and park. Just be aware that in order to have electricity, you need to have a special cable. We didn't, so we hired for £5.

Lovely late notice, one night stop over. Had a lovely reception and a quiet pitch. Facilities, although a little dated, are spotlessly clean.

Gorgeous location. The site is very clean and tidy. Facilities are a bit dated but the site does not claim to have 5 star facilities. The site is well maintained with the facilities cleaned regularly. Everything you need for a campsite. Will definitely return. Thanks for a fantastic weekend.

Pleasant, welcoming reception and pitches nicely grouped into secluded bays with mature hedges. Facilities great including all needs together with free WiFi and a games room. Cleanliness is an area where an improvement could be made, specifically to urinals, sinks, toilet block floors and elsan disposal point, none of which appeared to be cleaned during our 21 hour stay. General weeding too was overdue. Overall we felt it was positive but our stay was let down by attention to detail.

The campsite is located near a main road, so do expect noise as the speed limit is 40mph and traffic is busy in the mornings and evenings. The ground was very damp given the time of year and it rained every day, so didn't get much chance to dry out. The top pitches are level, but further down towards the ablution block, the ground slopes slightly so something to consider. It is better sheltered further down with hedges/bushes and more exposed to the winds higher up. The ablution block is dated and you will need 20p for each use of the shower, which lasts about 4.5 minutes, so plenty of time to shower. The block was clean but is a little dated. It is situated not too far from most of the main Island attractions on the West/South side and takes about 20 mins to get to main towns like Newport. A clean campsite and would stay there again.

The site was quiet apart from the odd road traffic noise, but soon got used to it. Close to civil airport so quite a few planes taking off at certain times of the day. All facilities were clean with numerous water points. Showers were 20p and hot - only complaint was that I could not stop them prior to metered amount/time - I found I was washed and dry before they stopped.

Pretty ordinary campsite. Nothing outstanding, other than the couple that ran it were very nice. Toilet facilities were poor although fairly clean, showers were lukewarm - I was in and out in 2 minutes. They could certainly do with upgrading. Our pitch was under trees, so only a couple of hours of sun a day & was quite scruffy. Hedges and foliage need trimming back. Some areas I felt were quite scruffy and could do with a tidy up.

The owners of the Old Barn Touring Park were very welcoming and helpful. No request was too difficult! The toilet/shower block were cleaned on a very regular basis and the bins around the site were emptied every day. The location was great and the pitch sized worked for us. Our 4yr old daughter loved the play equipment! Will definitely be back for another visit in the future.

Nice campsite, showers are cheap and nice and warm - a bit dated but who cares. Good family area pool table table tennis. Good dog walking right out the back of the site. We will definitely be back.

We did have a lovely time on the campsite and our border collie enjoyed it too, with walks straight from our pitch, (the weather was good too, which does obviously make a difference when camping). Lots to do near to the site and a supermarket close to the site as well. Overall, the site was very clean and tidy and quiet, we had a good size pitch too with no extra charge for our large gazebo. The toilet and amenities were of a good standard, but could do with updating. Also, our daughter was disappointed in the games room as the 'Air Hockey' table was out of order and there were no ping-pong balls available to play table tennis. Other than these minor points, we had a very good stay and would definitely stay here again.

Lovely park, friendly owners. Beautiful location. Great games room for the kids and small park for younger children. Toilet block could do with refresh, owners keep it clean but very dated.

The pitches were a good size but it was very quiet due to the time of year. Lots of hedging providing privacy and wind breaks The shower and toilet block were very run down, only 2 showers in each ladies and gents for the whole site. There was very little or no cleaning during our stay.
