A note from the site themselves...
We dreamt of our little haven amidst the serene beauty of rural North Yorkshire. Leaving the city hustle behind, we found the perfect spot near our cherished places, nestled in our very own field, just for our gaming site. We got the green light from the planners in January 2019, and since then, we've been working round the clock to welcome guests with open arms.
Originally, we planned to call it Night Sky Glamping, inspired by the breathtaking night sky, away from the city lights. But fate had a surprise for us! One rainy bank holiday, while exploring the historic documents of our new home, Mount Pleasant, we stumbled upon a gem - a close of land known as Little North Field, rich with heritage and charm. So, back to its roots it went!
We're thrilled to share this slice of history with you. Can't wait to welcome you to our retreat soon, Catherine

Safari Tent - Foxes Den Safari Tent (Dog Friendly)Jul 2025
What can I say other than WOW!
We found an absolute gem, I was a little nervous Glamping for the first time with 3 children and a dog but it was the most incredible stay we have had to date!
The tent was cleaner than most hotels we’ve stayed in,
We packed lots of essentials like toilet roll, hand gels. Tea bags etc but there was no need at all, the lovely lady who runs this amazing glamping company went above and beyond and everything and I mean Everything you need was there even a jar of marshmallows and camping utensils!
My little toddler loved finding all the foxes around the tent and having roast out on the deck every morning!
There’s so so so much more I could say but I’ll keep the rest for a surprise for when you book your stay because there’s so many more lovely hidden touches!
Thank you! We will be back for sure
Amazing’ fantastic in every way

Safari Tent - Foxes Den Safari Tent (Dog Friendly)Jun 2025
Great location for visiting Harrogate, Fountains Abbey and other local attractions.
Cath was great and showed us round on arrival. The safari tents are well maintained and very comfortable.
With only 3 tents it doesn't feel busy and you have a lot of privacy.
