The site is perfect for holiday makers who enjoy peace and quiet, without being miles from the attractions of York. Set in 7 acres, there are 55 super pitches in total, all of which are significantly larger than an average pitch and have drinking water, 16A electric, drains, WiFi, and digital television points. Each pitch is level, well drained, and has hedges round three sides. Hardstanding pitches are available. The site has a small wooded area which is perfect for BBQ's and picnics, as well as a lake. Open fields surround the park, with organic rare breeds of cattle grazing.

Pitch with pea gravel hardstanding area in the centre, grass surrounding it and hedges dividing the pitches. This pitch is suitable for all unit types, even tents. Each has 16A electric, grey water drain, TV hookup, drinking water hookup and free wifi.
