About the site

Offering camping, touring and glamping options, this welcoming woodland site is the closest campsite to the World Heritage Site of Stonehenge, five minutes away. Surrounded by trees and open fields, it offers accommodation to suit everyone, from spacious camping pitches to furnished camping pods. Campers and tourers can choose from grass pitches measuring either 4m x 8m or 8m x 3m, including a 10 amp electric hook up. There are also electric hardstanding pitches, with Silver pitches measuring 6m x 9m and Gold pitches measuring 9m x 5m. Both include a 16 amp hook up and are suitable for caravans, campervans and motorhomes. For a little extra comfort, there are two furnished camping pods, sleeping either two or three guests. Each includes a double bed, with the larger pod also including a bunk bed. Bed linen, a fridge, crockery, cutlery, a lamp and bedside drawers are provided, while outside you will find a private fire pit and BBQ tool set. Shared facilities are just a short walk away. If you're looking for something a little different, the site also offers a traditional gypsy wagon sleeping two adults and one child or one adult and two children, a yurt set within its own private garden complete with a picnic bench and fire pit, and a festival pod with decking, two raised beds, lighting and power points. The Bellamy bell tent is ideal for families, with a double bed, two camp beds, bed linen and plenty of soft furnishings for a comfortable stay. It also has its own small garden area and is available from Easter until late summer. The heated shepherd's hut includes a double bed, crockery, a picnic bench and fire pit. Dogs are welcome to join your stay on the pitches. A real highlight of the site is that both campfires and BBQs are welcome, provided they are raised off the ground. Guests can enjoy four fixed fire pits and six portable fire pits during their stay.

Open all year.
