A note from the site themselves...
Elysian fields was a family home but when our children left we wanted to open a campsite that we could be proud of as a family. We often took our children away camping and wanted to put on our site what we would have had on our wish list.
Quality was always our goal and a relaxing family site where you could know that the children are safe and can play together, add on a bar, a shop and a peaceful atmosphere.
Motorhome - Large Electric Grass Touring PitchesAug 2024
We stayed two nights at Elysian Fields with our motorhome on an electric grass pitch. Facilities are clean an very good. We had a front side pitch (1A), which is perfect for access to facilities, however A394 traffic can be heard especially in evening and morning hours.
We had originally planned to do a hike to the Loe and/or Praa Sands from the site, but had to adapt our plans due to bad weather and instead visited Land's End (20 miles/35 minute drive).

Medium Tent - Non Electric Grass Tent PitchesAug 2024
Fantastic site, our first camping experience in the UK, for many years.
Location was excellent for exploring all of Cornwall if you don't mind, the longest drive we did which was an hour.

Large Tent - Non Electric Grass Tent PitchesAug 2024
Hard to imagine many sites out there being better than this one. From the very warm welcome, to the excellent facilities on site, this is a site for all. It's hard to be everything to everyone but we thought Elysian Fields might just get that right.
The staff were universally welcoming and helpful, with an especially enthusiastic welcome at reception upon check-in. All facilities are of a very high standard with no queues for showers/toilets. The shower rooms are spacious and creatively decorated.
Tony's Tavern is a great spot for breakfast and evening drinks. There was even a quiz night on our first night there - ideal for settling into the place. Located on a very good bus route between Penzance and Falmouth.
Generous pitch size. Ample and accessible drinking water. Outstanding value for money.
