Sunnydale Farm is open all year and is ideally placed just 20 minutes by car from Portsmouth and 15 minutes from Southampton. Royal Victoria Country Park and Weston Shore are a short walk away from this touring park - with bus stops and a train station nearby. Close to picturesque Hamble which has lovely shops, restaurants and a marina. Serviced pitches and modern facilities provided.
About Sunnydale Farm Camping and Caravan Site
Ideally located with easy access from the M27 and yet in a peaceful rural spot, this is a great base for exploring Southampton, Bournemouth, Portsmouth's Historic Dockyard and the New Forest. Quiet site with grass and hardstanding pitches all serviced with electric, water and grey waste drain. Tent pitches are also available on grass, with and without electric. All of the pitches are level and the site has security barriers which require number plate recognition to enter the park.
The site is open all year, with hardstanding pitches used from October until March.
The site offers modern facilities including a laundry room with washing machines, tumble driers and washing up sinks. It also has a shower block with underfloor heating ideal for winter campers. Dog walk on site and woodland walks nearby.
There are several pubs and takeaways nearby, some will deliver free to the site (Indian, Chinese and fish and chips).

Site rules and policies
BBQ raised off the ground are permitted - no open fires
Dogs must be on a lead in the park at all times, they can be let off the lead in the dog walk.
Ball games are not allowed in the main park near to caravans or motor homes - we have a large field for ball games
We ask that noise is kept to a minimum after 10pm
No washing lines on the pitch - a washing line is provided near to the laundry room
Things to do on site and in the Southampton area
Royal Victoria Country Park and Weston Shore is nearby. Cafes, a large children's play area and miniature railway, museum, woodlands, open fields and a Fairy Garden. It has a lovely view for watching the cruise ships sail out of Southampton. Several slip ways for launching a boat or canoe and horse riding is half a mile away. A swimming pool is within 3 miles.
Go Ape for the more adventurous campers is roughly 15 minutes by car. A driving range and children's mini golf with dinosaurs are at Hedge End (10 min drive). Paulton's Park is within a 20 minute drive for a great day out with the kids.
Fort Nelson is just a 20 minute drive away and is well worth a visit - free entry, parking charges apply, the cannon is fired at 1pm every day.
For cricket lovers the Ageas Bowl and golf course is approx 15 minutes' drive away and St Mary's Football stadium just a 10 minute drive or by bus every half hour.
