About the site
Relax at this peaceful, family-run site located a short five minute drive or 25-30 minute walk from the coastal town of Seaton, offering family friendly attractions, including Seaton Tramway and the sandy Seaton Beach! Being a working farm, you will find a small flock of sheep, lambs, peacocks, chickens, donkeys, and a range of other animals, too. There's even an onsite shop, stocking daily groceries, local beer and chocolate, plus fresh farm eggs and lamb (during summer). Onsite, is a selection of slightly sloping non electric grass pitches that are unmarked, in a five-acre field, and overlook Seaton Bay. Please note that these pitches are only available between May and August. Tourers can opt for one of the 13 hardstanding pitches, measuring 14m x 7m and equipped with 10 amp hook ups for caravans, campervans, motorhomes and RVs up to 30ft. You will also find several other seasonal pitches that include decking, electric and water supply, as well as super seasonal pitches for an RV. Walkers will enjoy access to the South West Coast Path from Beer Beach (5 minutes) and soak up the incredible views from the Jurassic Coast. Don't forget to stop off at Lyme Regis (15 minutes), a popular fossil town with plenty of beaches for watersports enthusiasts, Lyme Regis Museum, and Lyme Regis Marine Aquarium. Dogs are welcome onsite! Please ensure they are kept on their lead. There is a large exercise field for them onsite. BBQs are welcome onsite, and you can collect equipment from the shop too. Sorry, campfires are not permitted here.

*Stays of two nights or less require payment in full.
*A two-night minimum applies during peak periods.
*The site has a limit of 26ft exterior measurement on touring caravans and motorhomes.
*The playground closes at 9:00pm, and an adult should supervise children at all times.
*Dogs must be on a lead and cleaned up after.
*Excessive noise is not permitted onsite.
*There is a 5mph speed limit.
*Open fires are prohibited onsite.
