Wayfaring Farm Camping is an off-grid, 'leave no trace' wild camping and glamping site for nature lovers, situated within the South Downs National Park. A small site offering six pitches set in a ten acre field in the countryside. With fantastic views, the site is a five minute drive from the South Downs Way, a 15 minute drive to the Seven Sisters, Birling Gap and Cuckmere Haven.

About the site
Easy to access by car, public transport or on foot, the ten acre camping field is big on views and gives plenty of room between tents, with just eight pitches. The site is set on organic land that hugs the lower slopes of the South Downs. The main camping area is at the top of the land. The land has five terraces, allowing flat camping with great views. Bell tent Forget-Me-Not is situated on its own terrace with plenty of space around it and great views. Measuring 5 metres, the tent has four comfy single beds, cosy rugs, mood lighting, is fully equipped and sleeps four. It has its own eco toilet. Bell tent Campion bell tent is situated on its own terrace, also with plenty of space around it and great views. This 5m bell tent has four comfy single beds, cosy rugs, mood lighting, sleeps four, and is fully equipped. It has its own eco toilet. The Seven Sisters, Eastbourne beach, Birling Gap, and Cuckmere Haven are all within a 15 minute drive, or you can walk directly from the campsite to the South Downs Way or just walk to Jevington to the lovely Eight Bells pub which has a fantastic garden to enjoy sunset. Car access is permitted for up to ten cars, which can be parked in the first field, and wheelbarrows are available to transport your things to your bell tent or camping pitch. Please note that the terrain is steep in places and is not suitable for pushchairs or wheelchairs. Guests staying here must take any rubbish away with them. Only wood purchased onsite may be used.
The site is open for May half term, weekends from 6th June until 13th July. Then from 18th July until 1st August, and 6th to the 30th August

Large double pitch spacious enough for two 5m bell tents to pitch together, perfect for two families. Secluded in its own area of the paddock with wooded area to hang hammocks.
