Clear filters One of the best!
Sprinter-Type Campervan - Non Electric Grass Campervan Pitch May 2023 Quiet, secluded and well equipped. From the friendly welcome on arrival to the free coffee in the morning, this was one of our best camping experiences.

Medium Tent - Non Electric Grass Tent Pitches May 2023 Great little campsite tucked away with amazing views of the black mountain.
Facilities are 10/10 and owners of the site are incredibly welcoming and hospitable.
Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a peaceful camping experience.

Lovely little campsite
May 2023 I stayed here for four beautiful days recently. The owners, Alex and Bob made me feel very welcome and very safe as a solo female traveller. The campsite is perfect, it's a lovely size in a great location. The facilities were amazing, like your bathroom at home rather than many campsites where you can find yourself in a shed sharing your shower with spiders! The kitchen on the end with all it's extras was so convenient. It's almost a shame that the local garage managed to fix my van and I had to go home! I will definitely be back again next year :)

what a gem
VW-Type Campervan - Non Electric Grass Campervan Pitch May 2023 What a lovely weekend stay we had, Alex and Bob were so welcoming, helpful and their site is a gem. They have provided above and beyond for your stay.
The facilities are immaculate, showers are lush, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, and more. Beautiful surroundings and if you are lucky with a clear sky, you will see amazing skies at night.
We will definitely be back!

Brilliant little campsite
Medium Tent - Non Electric Grass Tent Pitches Apr 2023 Lovely little campsite. Brilliant and clean facilities for such a small little campsite. Loved that everyone has a fire pit allocated to their pitch, lots of happy campers sat round their fires in the evening.
Great size pitch, not too close to other tents and each pitch is named after a constellation which was a nice touch.
Very friendly welcome from the owners on arrival too!

Lovely campsite in a great location
Medium Tent - Non Electric Grass Tent Pitches Apr 2023 Owners were super friendly and helpful, well kept campsite in beautiful location, very short drive to numerous pubs and amazing walks and scenery.
Very peaceful, out of the way, quiet, incredibly relaxing. It rained most of the time we were there but we still loved it.
Had extra facilities that we didn't expect - a clothes rail near the boiler for drying things that get rained on was super useful. Plug points for tech charging, amazing! A kettle and microwave, which is handy on a cold rainy morning when you don't fancy grappling with your stove.
Had a great time, will definitely return if I'm in the area.

Small Tent - Non Electric Grass Tent Pitches Apr 2023 The warmest of welcomes from our hosts on arrival. Excellent flat pitches all named after constellations, which is a lovely touch for a dark skies campsite. You can make yourself a cup of tea in the site kitchen before you get started with the business of tent pitching, courtesy of the owners. Quiet, small and in a lovely spot, it's a perfect get away from it all site.
We didn't have time for walking this time but we will go back again with our maps and walking boots as the hills are inviting. Oh and wonderful hot showers with as much water as you need. Can't wait to go back.

Remote gem
Medium Tent - Non Electric Grass Tent Pitches Apr 2023 Just what we were looking for. Remote, adults only and peace and quiet. Clean toilets/showers and kitchen and stunning views. Planning on going back in the summer. Thank you Bob and Alex.

The best campsite we've ever stayed at!
Medium Tent - Non Electric Grass Tent Pitches Apr 2023 We camped at Cosmos Camping over the Easter weekend and had an incredible time. The site owners, Alex and Bob, met us personally when we arrived and were available for anything we needed - they are super friendly!
The site is very well equipped with freshly renovated amenities that were kept well stocked and very very clean. The wash up room included plug sockets, a kettle, microwave and a fridge that were all free to use, highly useful for campers without fancy gizmos. A lot of thought and care went into the design.
The location of the campsite was fantastic. The views were beautiful and the sound of the river flowing was relaxing.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!
