About the site

For those after a peaceful countryside escape with plenty to see and do nearby, this park makes an excellent base. Just a five minute walk away, you'll find a farm shop and crazy golf, while within 30 minutes you could be cruising across Windermere, exploring the Lake District or hiking in the Yorkshire Dales! There are 11 electric hardstanding touring pitches, each measuring 2.5m x 6m with a 10 amp electric hook up. Suitable for roof tents, caravans, campervans and motorhomes, each pitch also allows awnings, gazebos and pup tents. If you want a little more luxury, choose one of the site's nine heated ensuite glamping pods, three of which welcome dogs! These sleep two adults (or two adults and two small children) and include a double bed, a double sofa bed, a kitchenette with a hob, a sink and fridge, Smart TV, WiFi and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. Bedding and towels are provided (for the double bed only). Outside, you'll have your own picnic bench. There are also apartments and a house that sleeps up to ten guests and comes complete with its own hot tub. Adventure isn't far away here, with Pine Lake less than a five minute drive away for a day of watersports, boating and fishing, while walkers can head to the famous Yorkshire Three Peaks. Horton-in-Ribblesdale is just 45 minutes away for the starting point. The shores of Windermere are also within a 30 minute drive, making day trips to the Lake District easy. Your pups are more than welcome to join your stay, with up to four permitted on the hardstanding pitches and two welcome in each dog friendly glamping pod. When the day's exploring is done, enjoy an evening outdoors with a meal cooked on a raised BBQ or gather around a raised fire pit in the site's designated areas.

Low Greenlands Holiday Park is open all year round. Pitches from £29/night for 2 people.

Sprinter-Type Campervan - Electric Hardstanding Touring Pitches Jun 2026

We had a 1 night stop over at this campsite, as it was a self check campsite, we already had been given the barrier code and pitch number. But when we arrived there was someone already at our allocated pitch but after a phone call to the number provided everything was sorted. Beautiful small campsite and good clean toilets and showers. I would recommend this site to anyone 💯

Good stoppingbpoint
