Amazing stay - very welcomed!

Great stay. We wanted to try out camping for the first time and it definitely has encouraged us to do more. The facilities and staff were fab, we will be back!

5 stars all round

I booked this site based on previous reviews. I wasn't let down. Good location for our day out to Zipworld. The facilities were clean and had everything we needed for our 2 night stay. I would use this site again.

Great park, great location

The park is located perfectly between Bangor and the local attraction/parks. The owner was lovely to talk to and offers fresh eggs for sale. Would 100% stay again.

Camping stay

Great campsite, friendly staff and an ideal location for Snowdon and Llanberis visit. Clean facilities as well. Would definitely stay again.

3 night stay

Great little spot for camping, really quiet and peaceful. Campsite was really clean and well kept as were the facilities. Easy to drive to lots of different places for various days out.

A warm and friendly welcome. Lovely site and amenities were of high standard. Would definitely stay again.

Great location and lovely facilities, perfect campsite!

Would definitely recommend. Facilities were clean, always hot water in the shower, spaces were big enough for tents whilst not being close to other campers. The campsite owners were friendly and accommodating and the location is perfect for exploring Wales, Snowdonia and surrounding areas.

Great site

This is a great campsite with good flat tent pitches and very well looked after. Showers and toilets are really clean and tidy, good hot water for showers. A few miles from a large Tesco at Bangor and the other way is Llanberis, a good starting point for Snowdon walk. Overall great place, give it a go, I would definitely go back.

Great campsite

Our first camping trip in our new tent was fabulous. Lovely clean facilities, kind and welcoming owners and quiet spacious camping. Fabulous views of the mountains and not far from the beach. We loved it.

Campervan pitch

The site and pitch were fine. Good size and no issue with hook up. Fairly level and no issue getting pegs into the ground. The facilities, although limited, were excellent. If it was fully booked you may have to wait for using the showers or utility room. But they were spotless and very good. Shower was amazing and utility room is indoors and very clean.

Clean!

Very clean site! Friendly owner. Only let down for us was no view of anything, and could possibly do with a few more toilets. Otherwise, very clean and would stop again!

New to camping

I stayed for 2 nights and throughly enjoyed my stay. I had a nice welcome to the site and was given a large pitch. Showers, toilets and washing up area were immaculate. Paul explained everything and was very helpful. I will go back, but longer next time.

Amazing family run site

Amazing little family run site, with a couple that are always on hand to help, give advice on the area and just generally check all needs are met. Would definitely recommend and would also be more than happy to return in our black VW again.

Amazing location

We stayed here in advance of climbing Snowdon. The site and facilities were brilliant and kept to a high standard of cleanliness. The location and the surrounding scenery was breathtaking - we will definitely return.

Excellent campsite

Tranquil, beautiful campsite. The staff were amazing, nothing too much trouble. The showers are great. Would return tomorrow if I didn't have to work.

Can’t wait to return

Me, my partner and our dog stayed here for 6 nights whilst walking in Snowdonia. The campsite was beautiful, very clean and the owners were very friendly. We both can't wait to return - thanks so much for having us :)

Beautiful as always

A clean, well kept campsite. Plenty of space, generous sized pitches and a play area for kids. The toilet and shower block is immaculate. This is our second visit and we'll be booking here whenever we head into North Wales.

Fantastic

I had a one night stop over and was warmly welcomed to the site. Very clean and well maintained. Peaceful and quiet with amazing night skies. Would have loved to stop longer, but I had a schedule to keep. Will stay again only for longer next time. Highly recommend this camp site as they do accommodate all needs. Once again, FANTASTIC.

Amazing, peaceful campsite

It's what I needed. An amazing campsite, everything was there that I needed for the 2 days. A relaxed and beautiful atmosphere, facilities 5 star and clean, a wonderful owner there to check if you needed anything on site and a very friendly and quiet, peaceful environment. I will be returning and highly recommend for rejuvenation time. This is the camping place to go to be in solitude and not over crammed with campers, which I like. Check in times and checkout times spot on, gives you time not to rush and enjoy packing things away. It also gives you a chance to have a lie in, if that what your soul needs to enjoy the relaxing peaceful environment energy without the every day noise. Facilities were 5 star clean and kept cleaned by the staff. Also lovely to have slate slabs to put your camp fire on to respect the grass there, which was 5 star again. The owner was so kind in helping with putting my freezer packs in his freezer to keep my food cold and kindly gave me freezer cooling bags temporarily until mine had frozen up again. I would say this is a 10 STAR campsite. It was above and beyond and just quiet enough to have me time, especially after health recovery.
