A great place to stay!

My husband and I stayed for 4 nights in a tent with electric hook up. We had a good welcome, with a clear explanation of the site and its facilities. The facilities were everything you would need and were always clean and tidy. Nothing was too much trouble for the owners. The pitch had fabulous views. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend this site to others.

Excellent friendly campsite, good location for North Wales

We had a great stay at this campsite for 3 nights. The site is well kept with good layout. Toilet and shower block was never too busy and there was plenty of room around the pitches.

Lovely clean site

Lovely views, nice clean place. Hired a fire pit for an additional £10. Nothing nearby within walking distance. Good base for exploring North Wales. Clean toilets. Could have had a little shop on site, would have been good, selling milk etc.

I couldn't agree more with you about having a shop on site, it would be handy, however being a husband and wife team we just haven't got enough hours in the day. There is a garage less than a mile up the road that is usually very well stocked with all the essentials. I am glad you took advantage of the fire pit hire and the purchase of seasoned logs, It certainly completes the camping experience. Thanks again, Paul & Mandy

Lovely small clean site

Was really lovely and clean. Very friendly and helpful owners. Was a little pricey, but being close to the national park and the zip line, I suppose that is the same for all camp sites. We would definitely use again.

Perfect

Absolutely immaculate, beautiful site with brilliant service from start to finish. Wish some people near us would have been a bit more considerate with noise when it came to bedtime for everyone but them…but couldn't fault the park itself. Will stay again and have already recommended.

Lovely

Lovely campsite. Very well kept everywhere and with spotless facilities (toilets, showers, utility area). Good for kids with the two play areas and animals to visit and a really nice atmosphere on site. Owners were friendly and very nice too.

Great campsite

Lovely campsite, very clean facilities however only 2 showers unless there was another shower/toilet block we didn’t see. They were always free when we went so no issues but it was pretty quiet whilst we were there. Perfect location, short drive from Snowdonia. Will definitely return when we’re back to climb some more mountains.

The best place to be in Wales!

Full of activities. The owners are the nicest people and very helpful. The toilets and showers are extremely clean. The place is close to many climbing or mountaineering routes in Llanberis. You can have a great day doing rock climbing, canoeing and cycling, or you can have a quiet day around the farms if you prefer. I especially like the horses and the bulls/cows as they are very friendly.

Great spot to do Snowdon, nice scenic camping field and reasonably priced.

Great place

Perfect position for motorcycle routes around Snowdonia and Anglesey. Amenities very clean and hosts very helpful. Definitely first option on return ride.

Perfect location only a short drive away from Llanberis! Fantastic facilities and lovely owners! Overall had a lovely stay and will be back!

Amazing weekend stay!

My partner and I had a fantastic weekend. We were well looked after and the people running the campsite were very friendly and helpful. The site was very clean and well looked after. We loved it so much we want to return in the future.

Excellent site

Excellent site, very well kept, very clean showers and toilets. Excellent location, about 20 minutes from Zip World at Penrhyn Quarry, which we had a great time at, definitely worth a visit. Llanberis is about 10 minutes from this site, where we parked and used a Sherpa bus to the miners path to climb Snowdon. This site is peaceful, which is great to unwind and chill out after a day's adventure. I would definitely recommend this site and definitely stay here again to explore more places that we couldn't fit in on this trip.

Wonderful campsite, makes a great base to visit North Wales

This is a wonderful campsite and the staff are very friendly. Any questions we had they were able to help with and they even recommended local places to visit and/or get supplies. They were happy to chat when they weren't too busy and made us feel welcome. Camping in the field gives nice views of the hills, which look great early in the morning as the sun rises, and the campsite itself has a charm to it as well. The facilities are well looked after and clean. The showers warm up quickly and stay warm, which can be nice on the chillier mornings! The location is great, as it is fairly central to everything you could want to see in North Wales. Anglesey is only a short drive away, as is Llandudno. Even closer is Caernarfon which has a wonderful castle that is worth exploring, and Llanberis is just down the road with its stunning lake. We can whole heartedly recommend staying here and have no doubt that we will return to stay again some time in the future.
