Gwithian Farm Campsite and Caravan Park is a family run campsite in West Cornwall, near St Ives and fabulous beaches. The friendly site is perfectly located to explore the coast of Cornwall, and has everything on site for a comfortable stay.

About the site

The site is set in seven acres of stunning landscaped gardens behind a 16th century thatched farm house. You can reach the Gwithian Towans beach and coastal path from the sand dunes at the top of the campsite. The large site has room for all sizes of tents, tourers, campervans and caravans. Pets are welcome, and the local beach is dog friendly.

Open from the end of March or Easter until the last weekend in September.

Things to do on site and in the Hayle area

The campsite is located in the centre of Gwithian village. The local pub, the Red River Inn, does great food and drink. It's just a ten minute walk to three miles of sandy beach, with swimming and surfing available. Wetsuits and bodyboards are available to hire. Take a walk to Godrevy to look at the seals, or just enjoy the scenery of the Heritage Coast.

There is a children's play area and table tennis on site, and food trucks come every day to stock the shop.

In Hayle, there is a swimming pool and a childrens park, as well as a small shopping centre with banks and a post office.
