Alltycoed Farm and Camping Site

Alltycoed Farm and Camping Site is a small farm located on the Cameas Headland where the Pembrokeshire Coast Path begins, five minutes from Poppit Sands beach. For tents and small campervans, there are 100 non electric grass pitches (some sloping). If you would rather travel light, opt for a stay in a fully furnished traditional yurt, each with its own fire pit/BBQ. Cardigan is also only a 15 minute drive away.

About the site

Hidden away down a quiet lane and five minutes from Poppit Sands beach and 15 minutes to Cardigan. Set on a farm, the site provides a simple stopover for those looking to explore the Pembrokeshire Coast Path or spend days on local beaches. For tents and campervans up to 6m, there are 100 grass pitches available (some sloping). The pitches here are non electric, with up to six guests permitted per pitch. If you want to leave the tent pegs at home, opt for a stay in one of the five furnished yurts. A double bed with a fitted sheet and floor mattresses are provided. Do note, bedding, electric and heating are not provided. You will also have your own outdoor picnic bench, BBQ and fire pit. Firewood is available to purchase onsite. Dogs can also join you for your stay, with up to two pups permitted per pitch. Both fire pits and BBQs are welcome, just please ensure they are raised from the ground.

Alltycoed Farm and Camping Site's season normally runs from April until August. Sign up to alerts and we'll let you know when bookings re-open.

Great little campsite. Totally off the beaten track with great views. Very narrow track to campsite. Shower block was clean and showed hot, just need 20p coins to run them. Only thing that let it down was the grass wasn’t mown and on the long side. Apart from that we had a really peaceful time there and poppit sands is a beautiful beach!!

Friendly and relaxed welcome. Great pitch for independent camper vans. Pitched beside the hedge which was sheltered against prevailing winds. A great sleep in a a quiet location. No hot water available - 2kettles in women's block to address this shortfall. What I hadn't understood was that there wasn't an equivalent arrangement in the men's block until chatting to a man waiting outside for water to boil who shared his unease. This arrangement needs review to safely accommodate both women and men.
