About the site
This is a small, quiet and peaceful family-run park, ideally located in North Cornwall just 15 minutes from sandy beaches and within ten minutes of Padstow's harbour and Wadebridge and the Camel trail. Many of the pitches for both touring and camping are individually screened with ornamental trees and shrubs, providing a little more privacy for your holiday. The park's standard Gold Pitches all come with electric hook-up and a hedged boundary. These are suitable for tents, campervans, single axle caravans and motorhomes (on gravel only). Pitches sized at 6m x 8m. If you're in need of extra space, they have large electric grass pitches suitable for tents, campervans, and caravans. They are 12m x 8m - most do not have a hedged boundary. They also have large electric gravel pitches suitable for twin-axle caravans and large motorhomes, these pitches are 10 x 6m with a hedged boundary. Or there's the standard Silver Pitches which do not have electric hook up and do not have a hedged boundary - sized at 6m x 8m. Suitable for tents and campervans. Opt for the bell tent to save you the hassle of hammering in tent pegs, furnished with a double bed and two small z-beds it sleeps up to four. Bedding is included and shared facilities are nearby. The bell tents have an electric hook up and measure a spacious 12m x 8m. If it isn't camping without a campfire, the site has a limited number of fire pits for guests to hire, so that you can toast marshmallows of an evening. Dogs are welcome to join you if you are camping or touring, unfortunately, dogs are not permitted in the bell tents. There is even an enclosed dog area to let them off lead. Little ones are sure to love the playpark with a trampoline and spacious areas to play! The park also includes a selection of beautifully kitted out and furnished self catering cottages, which offer the chance of a dog friendly stay too. Do note that this is a peaceful family friendly site and large groups are not permitted.
The Laurels Holiday Park is open all year round, with grass pitches and bell tents available from 1st May to 30th September. Pitches from £20/night for 2 people.
