Hardyes Countryside Camping is a family friendly pop-up site conveniently located in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty near Dorchester. There are electric grass and hardstanding pitches, as well as non electric grass pitches for campers and tourers. The Jurassic coastline is nearby and makes for beautiful walks and days out with the whole family.

About the site
This peaceful site is ideally set close to the Jurassic coastline and Dorchester. A perfect retreat for those looking to explore nearby nature and see some amazing sunrises and sunsets. There are non electric and electric grass pitches for campers, featuring lovely countryside views that stretch for miles. There are also a couple of hardstanding pitches with electric hook up, suitable for caravans, campervans and motorhomes. Venture to Weymouth, just a 25 minute drive away and enjoy the golden sands beaches and incredible attractions, fun for all! Dogs are welcome and as there are so many nearby trails, this is a lovely retreat for you and your furry pals. Unfortunately campfires are not allowed, but bring along a BBQ (to be raised off the ground).
The site is open over the Easter weekend, the May bank holidays and then from 18th July to 31st August.

What time can I check in and check out at Hardyes Countryside Camping?
Check-in is available from 8:30am until 10pm. The site will send further check-in details 7 days before arrival. Please advise the site if you are due to arrive after 6pm, so they can provide details about your pitch. Departure is due before 11am on your last day.
Are dogs allowed at Hardyes Countryside Camping?
Dogs are more than welcome at Hardyes Countryside Camping, with many lovely nearby trails to explore. Guide dogs are allowed onsite free of charge. Please keep them on the lead at all times and do not leave them unattended. This site does not allow dogs listed under the Dangerous Dog Act.
Are BBQs and campfires allowed at Hardyes Countryside Camping?
Open fires are not permitted. BBQs must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.
Is Hardyes Countryside Camping family friendly?
Yes, Hardyes Countryside Camping is a great site welcoming the whole family. It is required that at least one member of the party must be over 21 and under 18s to be accompanied by their parent or guardians.
Does Hardyes Countryside Camping allow groups or pitches being booked together?
Single-sex bookings of 4 or more people (couples and immediate family members excepted) or group bookings of 3 or more units (e.g. tent, touring caravan, or motorhome) travelling together are not permitted. Hen and stag parties are not accepted.
Does Hardyes Countryside Camping have a quiet time or noise policy?
Quiet hours must be respected between 10pm and 6am. Radio, music, and TV players must be kept at a low volume. There should be no vehicle movement between 10pm and 6am.
Does Hardyes Countryside Camping allow day visitors?
Yes. Please inform the site beforehand. Visitors must leave the site by 10pm.

Can I bring an awning, gazebo or pup tent with me to Hardyes Countryside Camping?
Guests staying on the hardstanding pitches can bring an awning free of charge. Guests staying on the grass pitches can bring a pup tent or gazebo free of charge. Pup tents must be used for storage only.
