About the site
This site is a family friendly site, a short ten minute drive from the west of Ringwood, 15 minutes from the New Forest National Park and 20 minutes from the seaside town of Bournemouth. The park makes an ideal base for beach holidays if you want to spend your days along the sandy coast or visit popular spots like Poole (30 minutes). Onsite, guests will find 32 non electric 6m x 7m grass pitches for tents only. Some are open, and some are sheltered under the trees. There are a variety of level non electric 6m x 7m grass pitches to suit tents, roof tents, trailer tents, touring caravans and motorhomes. You can also choose an electric grass 6m x 7m pitch for tents, roof tents, trailer tents, touring caravans and motorhomes, with 10amp electric hook up. Plus, there are electric hardstandings too, for tourers. If you are after something a little bigger, the site also has extra large grass pitches, some with electric and some without. There are also fully furnished bell tents perfect for up to six. Leave the tent and sleeping bags behind and enjoy quality beds and plenty of home comforts. Glampers can stay in one of two shepherd's huts, each sleeps two with a double bed and all linen provided. You'll have a separate kitchen area with a fridge and a hob for rustling up meals and a picnic table outside where you can dine in the open. Sorry, dogs cannot stay in the hut. There are static holiday caravans available for private purchase on site. Dogs can join you on holiday, but must be kept on a lead while on site.
