About the site
Bunroy Park is set in a peaceful, sheltered spot on the bank of the River Spean, with views towards the Nevis range. It feels as if you are miles from anywhere, and yet you are surrounded by all the attractions and amenities of the Outdoor Capital of the UK. There are 25 non electric grass pitches suitable for tents only, allowing up to eight people per pitch. Additionally, there are two grass pitches with 10 amp electric hook up, also allowing up to eight people and suitable for both tents and tourers. For just tourers, there are 19 hardstanding pitches measuring 9m x 9m and sleeping up to eight people, too. These are spread out and located next to the toilet block or in a lower, more open area. For anyone who doesn't want to bring their own accommodation, there are four furnished log pods, each sleeping up to three people. These cosy pods are complete with a microwave, kettle, table and chairs, chair-beds, hammocks and canvas bunks. Sit back and relax whilst admiring the lovely mountain views of the Nevis Range, or explore the nearby Cairngorms National Park, just a 25 minute drive away. Well behaved pets are welcome on the site, and there are lovely paths along the riverbank and through the surrounding woodland for dog walking. Please note that access is via a 500 metre single track lane, which is narrow in places. Campfires are unfortunately not permitted onsite.
Bunroy Park is open from 28/03 to 30/10. Pitches from £34/night for 2 people.
