Main check-in is available from noon until 5pm at Seal Bay Resort. From 5pm, you can check in via the main reception until 8pm, however please advise the site if you are delayed. Departure is due before 10am on your last day.

Yes, up to two dogs are allowed per pitch at Seal Bay Resort. There is a dedicated dog adventure park and dog washes! Please keep them on leads and supervised at all times. There is a small additional charge of £2 per dog, per night. Do note that there are some restrictions on Dangerous Dog Breeds.

No, Seal Bay Resort caters to families and couples only, and does not accept group bookings of 7+ units travelling together.

BBQs are allowed at Seal Bay Resort, but they must be freestanding and used responsibly. Please, no disposable BBQs.

You will receive a text message on the day you arrive at Seal Bay Resort with your pitch details.

Seal Bay Resort is a family park so ask that you don't create undue noise or cause a disturbance whilst staying.

Day visitors are allowed at Seal Bay Resort although please note that any visitors you have will need to buy day passes to access facilities and entertainment.

Seal Bay Resort aims to provide parking next to or near your holiday accommodation, but cannot guarantee it. Please ask at the time of reservation if you have any particular requirements. You may not bring any commercial vehicles onto the Park. Motorhomes are only permitted on designated touring pitches.

Awnings are permitted at Seal Bay Resort if attached to your caravan or motorhome as long as the total width of your vehicle with the awning is less than 5m. Otherwise, the site cannot accept additional structures on the same pitch due to size restrictions.

Each pitch at Seal Bay Resort is designed to accommodate one tent or unit. You can attach an awning to your caravan or motorhome, as long as the combined width of the vehicle and awning does not exceed 5 metres.

There is Smokey's BBQ Kitchen, Smugglers Seafood Bar and Grill, Smugglers Secret Garden, The Cafe Lido Restaurant and Bar, and the beachside Offshore Bar. Please note that there may be closures during quieter periods and opening times are subject to change.

As well as your pitch, passes for the entertainment facilities, swimming pools and courtesy bus are all included in the price of your booking at Seal Bay Resort. All the other activities on site are at an additional cost.
