The site offers spacious, mown non electric grass pitches for tents, campervans and trailer tents. Each has a fire pit for toasting marshmallows. There is a river flowing past for paddling, with a scenic neighbouring picnic area. It is also a two minute walk from the village shop and takeaway!

About the site
A great location for outdoor adventures and some much-needed peace and quiet, this small eco campsite is located in Mid Wales, a 20 minute drive from Snowdonia National Park (Eryri National Park). You will be just a 20 minute walk from Lake Vyrnwy Dam, ideal for scenic strolls and paddleboarding. The site is home to just ten non electric grass pitches, six for tents and four for campervans and trailer tents. Some of the tent pitches have direct vehicle access, whilst others are located just a short walk from the parking area with wheelbarrows for transporting your things. Each pitch measures 10m x 10m, mown into the surrounding longer grass. Everyone will be supplied with a private fire pit, and there is a riverside picnic area just a short walk away. In the evening, guests can also cook up a BBQ, just please ensure it is raised from the ground. There are also logs for sale onsite, and the local village shop and takeaway is with a two minute walk. Dogs are welcome, with up to two dogs allowed to join you for your stay. The site is certified with the Greener Camping Club, so at least one guest per pitch must be a member, though this can be purchased when you book. It is £12 for the year and gives access to hundreds of the greenest sites around the country. The Greener Camping Club will also plant a tree for every membership purchased.

Guests can check-in from 2pm. If you arrive at the site after 10pm, please arrive quietly not to disturb other guests. Check out us by 11am on the day of your departure.

Yes, please be mindful of other guests on site! There is a quiet policy between 10pm and 7:30am.
