About the site
Set in the Yorkshire Dales and just half an hour from the Lake District, this site offers a peaceful glamping escape on a farm that has been in the Stainton family for three generations. Unwind with scenic countryside views before heading out on peaceful walks across the Howgill Fells, right on the doorstep. On the farm you will find sheep and free range hens as your friendly neighbours! Why not taste the farm's fresh eggs or say hello to the four-legged residents? If you fancy glamping, there are three enticing pods here that are sure to tempt you. All pods include their own private kitchen with an electric hob, microwave, fridge and toaster so you can rustle up something tasty. Comfortable and beautifully furnished, they offer warmth, dryness and a touch of glam in these lovely surroundings. Guests can also choose to glamp in 'Ellergill', an ensuite glamping pod with a double bed and sofa bed, an equipped kitchenette, a dining table, a TV, a shower room and a large outdoor bath! As an extra, breakfast baskets are delivered to your door! All the pods have their own decking and patio with outdoor seating and combined fire pit and BBQ. If you fancy pampering yourself in the morning, you can order a breakfast basket (for an extra charge) to be delivered to your pod! Travelling with a larger group or friends or family? You'll love a static caravan with all the amenities you need inside.

Sleeping up to six, these are packed with home comforts and offer a double and twin bedroom plus a sofa bed for extra guests. Facilities are self contained and there is a private garden and fire pit. Bedding is provided for 4 guests, extra can be hired.
