Kingsbridge Caravan and Camping Park offers a peaceful break ideal for families, and walkers taking to the Anglesey Coastal Path. It's family run, dark skies and nature friendly, only two miles from Beaumaris, which has lots to occupy families and adults alike. A great base for Anglesey's 60 beaches, all very different from each other, and excellent coastal walks. Seasonal pitches for family fields and adults only fields.

About the site

Based on 14 acres and surrounded by green farmland, all sheltered by trees, the park is a tranquil space with little traffic noise. It has won no less than 16 David Bellamy Awards for conservation and is the perfect place to relax with both countryside and local attractions on hand. Choose from family fields with seven fully serviced hardstanding pitches with water, electric hook ups, and a bench table set for tourers and motorhomes. There are also four hardstanding pitches with electric. There are eight electric grass pitches and three non electric grass pitches for tents only. There is an adults only field, too. The park welcomes motorhomes up to 7.3 metres, touring caravans up to 7.6 metres, and tent pitches no bigger than 6 metres in any direction. Up to two dogs are allowed per pitch and must be on a lead at all times.

Unfortunately Kingsbridge Caravan Park doesn't share their availability calendar with us yet. Availability changes quickly, especially in summer, so we recommend enquiring by phone to avoid missing out.

1. Quiet after 11pm. If you experience excessive noise, please contact the site owners.

2. Music from in-car sound systems is not permitted. Music from other devices should be kept at a very low level within the confines of your own pitch.

3. Day visitors are allowed between 10am and 10pm. Please text your pitch number and their car registration to 07774842199. Extra cars to be stored on the grass to the left of the road in field 2, not at the pitch.

4. Single sex groups and unaccompanied teenagers are not permitted unless by prior arrangement with park owners.

5. No washing should be hung out for everyone to see. A couple of towels are acceptable, and there is a washing machine and dryer in the field 3 shower block for public use.

6. The maximum speed limit is 5mph. If you have to brake to go over the humps, you are driving too quickly. Kingsbridge is a public highway, and all the usual road traffic laws apply within the park. All drivers must hold a valid licence and insurance.

7. No driving lessons. No children on the driver's lap.

8. No kite or flag flying because of overhead electric lines, no flying of drones, children's motorised vehicles or golf practice.

9. No campfires in any form; charcoal barbecues must be kept off the ground or be placed on the bricks provided. Barbecue waste belongs in the bin and not in the hedgerows.

10. Dogs must be on a lead at all times, tethered at your pitch and must not be left unattended. Any fouling is to be cleaned away immediately.

11. All ball games to be played in the middle of field 2 only; leather footballs are not permitted.

12. Children under the age of 8 years must be accompanied by a guardian in the shower blocks.

13. Smoking, dogs and glass are prohibited in any building.

14. We operate a recycling system - please separate waste into appropriate bins and take your broken chairs, gazebos, tents, etc., home. Please do not send children to the bin compound.

15. Wifi hotspot open 24/7.

Things to do on site and in the Beaumaris area

Take a look around Beaumaris castle, which is steeped in history, and it's dog friendly.

Browse around the town's shops, before taking in a bite at one of its cosy pubs or cafes. Crabbing off the pier is popular and it's a scenic spot perfect for boat trips out to Puffin Island.

If you've seen plenty of the isle (perhaps with a walk along its lovely coastal path) you can pop over to the mainland for some adrenaline at Zip World or some underground somersaults at Bounce Below.

Beaumaris has lots of variety for eating out. Options include tapas, Italian, Indian, Chinese as well as plenty of other cafes, restaurants and pubs.
