About the site

Surrounded by open countryside, around 20 minutes from Doncaster, this adult only touring park is designed for a relaxing getaway. Spend days unwinding onsite or exploring nearby attractions like the Yorkshire Wildlife Park and South Yorkshire Aircraft Museum, both within 20 minutes. The park's fully serviced hardstanding pitches are suitable for campervans, caravans and motorhomes. Each pitch comes with 16 amp electric, fresh water and grey waste, with grass strips to divide pitches. The pitches come in three sizes - 10m x 8m, 8m x 12m, and the largest being 10m x 15m. Fishing is one of the site's biggest attractions, with three well-stocked lakes available onsite. Anglers can spend their days casting a line for a variety of species, including carp, bream, tench, roach, rudd and perch. There is also a dedicated tackle shop onsite, making it easy to pick up any essentials before heading to the water's edge. For food and shopping, guests have McCallum's Farm Shop and Café right on the doorstep. The farm shop champions local produce, working with more than 75 suppliers from within 20 miles of the site. Visitors can browse fresh fruit and vegetables, quality meats from the butcher's counter, homemade pies, pastries, cheeses, cakes and much more. The café serves hearty breakfasts and homemade lunches, with favourites including farmhouse breakfasts, roast beef sandwiches and traditional Yorkshire dishes. When it comes to outdoor cooking, BBQs are welcome, but they must use smokeless fuel, with seasoned hardwood logs available to buy from the farm shop. Guests can also stock up on fresh local produce from the farm shop. Up to two dogs are welcome per pitch too, with an enclosed exercise area where four-legged companions can stretch their legs. The surrounding countryside also offers plenty of opportunities for scenic walks.
