About the site
A relaxed, quiet and family-friendly site, Chy Carne is a spacious and well-kept coastal holiday park with excellent on-site facilities.
The site offers a good number of camping and touring pitches across 13 acres, available with optional electric hook up. These pitches are large and spacious with some being on a slight slope - this allows for better views across the valley.
Many of the pitches have sea views overlooking the bay at Kennack Sands. Tents, campervans, touring caravans, motorhomes, trailer tents and folding campers of all sizes are welcome.
Fires are permitted providing they are contained within a fire basket, pit or chimenea.
The site also has 25 static caravans available for hire in an area away from camping and caravan pitches, allowing you to unwind at your own pace in peace and comfort.
Organised groups and touring rallies are welcome, and single sex groups and under 18s are accepted with booking conditions.

Medium Tent - Grass Pitches (Optional Electric) May 2025
Stayed for one night during a recent tour of the Cornish coast. Everything from check in to check out was amazing. Friendly staff at reception who welcomed us. Attentive service when we had to call so someone was on hand when needed.
The pitch had electric hook up with our own water supply and our own bench in a private fenced off little area with sea views.
Toilets and showers were close by and immaculately clean and a shop and food van on site was also a bonus. I have recommended to my family and friends for their future camping trips.
Would 100% stay again if in the area
Thank you guys!

VW-Type Campervan - Grass Pitches (Optional Electric) May 2025
Our stay was lovely despite the weather!
The only negative is the sloping pitches, I rolled off the blow up bed.
Cleaners go into the toilet & shower block regularly.
Clean, lovely location

Beautiful location and very clean campsite. Small parks for the children to meet and play. Beautiful sea view. Not an easy walk to the beach.
