Little Seed Field is a wild glamping retreat in the Yorkshire Dales, 15 minutes from Ripon in North Yorkshire. With seven unique cabins set among woodland, ponds and countryside, it's ideal for romantic getaways, family holidays and outdoor adventures. Each dog-friendly cabin sleeps up to four guests and includes a log-burning stove, outdoor BBQ, power and access to walking and cycling routes from the doorstep. Some have ensuite bathrooms too!

About the site
This site is a haven amongst the natural wilderness of the landscape. Each of the cabins is tucked privately into the surroundings, set along the edge of the moorlands and farmlands of Nidderdale. The cabins at Little Seed Field are octagonal in shape, providing an inside space that is comfortable and roomy. Six of the seven glamping cabins have double beds and bunk beds and the seventh has a king size bed with a single pull out bed. Four of the cabins are ensuite, complete with shower, basin and toilet. In addition, each cabin includes lighting, electricity, crockery, cutlery, bedding, inside seating, outside seating and a private BBQ. Dogs are welcome in all of the accommodation! The cabins are secluded and peaceful, so guests are treated to stunning views, crystal clear dark skies and the chance to observe hunting owls and grazing deer. Car parking is a short walk from the cabin site, with wheelbarrows provided to transport your luggage to your base. The site does have accessible parking close to the cabins if required and the hosts are very happy to accommodate any additional requirements or personal requests if they can. The site is open all year, with each season providing different opportunities to explore and discover the natural beauty of the wild Yorkshire Dales.

Is Little Seed Field dog-friendly?
Yes, Little Seed Field is dog friendly, with up to two dogs permitted per cabin. Please note, breeds and crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act are not permitted.
Does Little Seed Field allow BBQs and campfires?
BBQs and fire pits are welcome at Little Seed Field, just please ensure they are in the units provided. Ground campfires are not permitted. Timber is available to purchase onsite - guests must bring their own charcoal.
Does Little Seed Field allow groups or pitches being booked together?
Little Seed Field accepts group bookings of four or more people at certain times of the year. Bonds may be asked against group bookings which contain children but are heavily weighted to adults - e.g eight adults and one child. The site do not take stag groups. A refundable security bond for adult only bookings of 4+ people may be requested and will be returned within 24 hours of departure, once confirmation has been received that no damage has occurred on site as a result of that group booking.

Does Little Seed Field have a quiet time or noise policy?
Yes, Little Seed Field does operate a quiet policy from 11pm. Music is not permitted on the site.
