About the site

Arguably the isle's quirkiest site, offers its guests the chance to stay in some truly unique accommodation. Book a stay in the Falklands Rescue helicopter, rest up in a Victorian shack or choose from four shepherd's huts - each with their own individual characteristics. If none of those take your fancy, you can also take your pick of a Bollywood themed campervan, 'Scotty the Static', the hive camping pods and even a submarine! Campervans are also welcome as well as family tents for those looking for some old fashioned camping fun.

Things to do on site and in the Newport area

During your stay, cook up some exciting pizzas in the 'Big Bertha' BBQ or use the 'Spudomatic' to suit your potato cravings. After lunch, take the family to the SiloFlix Cinema for an afternoon action blockbuster or romantic comedy.

The site is also an ideal base for exploring some of the Isle of Wight's tourist highlights. You're less than a ten minute walk from Carisbrooke Castle with impressive architecture and beautiful Edwardian gardens and close to stunning views of the Bowcombe Valley.

You're also on the doorstep of Newport's bustling town centre or, for keen hikers, Robin Hill is just over a ten minute drive away from the site.

Those looking to meet the animals are spoilt for choice. Spend your days at Amazon World Zoo Park, the Isle of Wight Zoo or Monkey Haven.
