About the site
Nestled next to the River Wendick and within a five minute drive of Pentewan Beach and St Austell, this site offers a family friendly getaway within easy reach of Cornwall's top attractions. With plenty onsite to keep all ages entertained, plus the South West Coast Path running past the site, there's no shortage of things to do. The site offers pitches for both tents and tourers across level hardstandings with an adjoining grass area. Each pitch measures either 9m x 9m or 9m x 12m and is equipped with a 10 amp electric hook up. Please note that tents must be pitched on the hardstanding. There is also a range of static caravans available, boasting modern interiors and sleeping up to six guests. Younger children can enjoy the playground with a zip wire, while older ones will love the games room with arcade games, a pool table and air hockey. There's also an indoor heated swimming pool, perfect for unwinding after a busy day of sightseeing, along with a handy onsite shop for any forgotten essentials. Owned and run by a Cornish family, the friendly owners are always on hand to offer local advice and tips for your days out. Don't forget to visit the iconic Lost Gardens of Heligan and the Eden Project, both within a 15 minute drive. Up to two dogs are welcome per pitch, with a dedicated dog paddock for them to enjoy, as well as plenty of nearby walks. Raised BBQs are permitted onsite with resting blocks available to borrow onsite, but fire pits are not allowed.
