About the site
Set on a working farm in Cumbria, right on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales and Lake District, this small, family friendly site is home to two luxury ensuite glamping pods. Surrounded by scenic countryside and footpaths, it's ideal for a relaxing rural escape. Each heated pod (5.7m x 3.4m) features a double bedroom, a spacious living room with a double sofa/futon, an ensuite shower and toilet, and a fully equipped kitchenette with gas and electricity provided. Outside, guests can enjoy their private patio with a dining table and hot tub, great for soaking under the star-lit skies. Each stay includes complimentary tea, coffee, sugar, fresh milk, and a welcome gift hamper. Robes and slippers are also provided for extra indulgence, and English breakfast kits with locally sourced ingredients are available to purchase. The peaceful village of Orton is just a five minute drive away. Cumbria's breathtaking landscapes are just a 35 minute drive away, for a scenic day out. Please note, BBQs are not permitted, and fires are only allowed in the provided fire pits. This is a dog-free site.

Site rules and policies
*Check-in is from 4pm, and check out is by 10am on the day of your departure. Please ensure the pod is left in a satisfactory manner before departure, otherwise, charges may apply.
*There is a designated parking area a short walk from the pod. Visitors are allowed one car per pod free of charge, a second car can be booked for a fee.
*Please drive slowly on the farm and be aware that children, farm animals, and vehicles may be on site.
*Sorry, this is a dog-free site. Anyone found to have brought dogs into the pods may be asked to leave the site and pay a cleaning surcharge.
*No open campfires are allowed. Guests are not permitted to bring their fire pits/BBQs.
*Wood for the fire pit provided must be purchased from "The Pods by the Stream" and not taken from the surrounding trees.
*Parents are responsible for the supervision of their children whilst on site.
*Please don't feed the farm animals unless given the correct feed to do so.
*Any damages or breakages must be reported immediately. You will be liable for covering the cost.
*The site operates with a zero-tolerance policy on all illegal substances. Anyone in possession/found to have taken such substances will be asked to leave the site immediately (no refund will be issued), reported to the Police and charged a £100 cleaning fee if required.
*Fireworks and Chinese lanterns are also prohibited.
