About the site

Soak up some Cornish scenery from this peaceful and relaxing adult only touring park, nestled in a secluded valley just a short five minute drive from Lostwithiel, and the sandy beaches of seaside town Par. Explore the iconic Eden Project, just ten minutes away, or unwind with a friendly game of pool in the onsite games room. You'll find a selection of large individual pitches situated around several small paddocks surrounded by lush greenery, with easy access and plenty of space. There's one non electric backpacker pitch suitable for small backpacker tents only. However, vehicles are not permitted on this pitch. The three electric grass pitches measure 2.4m x 6.1m and are suitable for tents, roof and trailer tents and single axle caravans. You won't have to worry about soggy grounds either, as the park also has plenty of hardstanding and soft gravel pitches available. Trailer tents, caravans, and small campervans can park up on one of the grass and gravel 3m x 6m pitches, or the 17 hardstanding 7.6m x 1.8m pitches, also with electric, and for motorhomes and campervans. Please note that all electric hook ups are 16 amps. Several fully serviced seasonal pitches are also available, as well as storage for your caravan. Dogs are welcome to come along too but must be kept on a lead at all times. Alsatians and Dobermans, Staffordshire bull terrier, American Staffordshire terrier, Rottweiler, any Mastiff or Tosa and other dogs listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act are not allowed. The site only permits raised BBQs, but not open fires.

Eden Valley Holiday Park is open from 01/04 to 30/10. Pitches from £23/night for 2 people.

Sprinter-Type Campervan - Electric Hardstanding PitchesSep 2025

Having camped for 60+ years, Eden Valley Holiday Park is an absolute gem that should not be missed. Our one night stay didn't give it justice so it will definitely be on our list to revisit in the future. Despite it being at the end of the season the whole site was immaculately presented and the design and layout first class. The mature trees and well manicured grass would be the envy of even the most fastidious of gardeners. For dog lovers the fully enclosed free run area was perfect after a day of lead walking our dog around some of the local attractions. This is an excellent camping site in every respect.

Site's response

Thank you for your beautiful review. We are so pleased you enjoyed what we call 'Our little piece of heaven'. We hope you will return next year Regards Ginny

Medium Tent - Electric Grass PitchesSep 2025

We had a great stay at Eden Valley Holiday Park over the weekend. All of the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The owner was very helpful in particular - informing us of the incoming bad weather. This helped us pack our tent up dry and head home before the heavy rain started. I would certainly stay here again!

Site's response

Thank you for your review. Yes my husband likes to predict the weather, and this time he was right! Lol. We hope you will return next year Regards Ginny

A note from the site themselves...

We, the Hopkins family, have owned Eden Valley Holiday Park since 2007 and have loved every minute, well, almost! The park has consistently been voted in the top 100 sites in the country, including entries in Practical Caravan and Practical Motorhome.

Our children, Charlotte, Ryan, and Nathan, have grown up here, and now Charlotte is running her own business. Nathan also has a holiday park nearby, and Ryan is now a partner in Eden Valley Holiday Park. We are so proud of their work ethic and that they, too, have decided they love working and interacting with the guests, some of whom have become great friends over the years.

We aim to provide a tranquil retreat away from the daily hustle and bustle. Our guests love that we are a peaceful site and have such beautiful surroundings, yet still close to beaches and tourist hotspots of Cornwall.
