About the site
This peaceful countryside site is located within the East Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is the perfect family retreat to soak up the sea breeze. Stroll down one of the coastal paths and relax on the beach or swim in the tranquil water. The spacious green spaces on the site provide a variety of pitches. Tents are welcome on the non electric grass pitches located in the meadow and each measure 9m x 8m. There are electric grass pitches with water hook ups suitable for tents caravans, campervans and trailer tents located in the meadow, each measuring 9m x 9m. Located in the park and the meadow there are also a number of electric hardstanding pitches suitable for caravans, campervans and trailer tents with water hook ups, also measuring 9m x 9m. All pitch types allow up to four guests. There are also a number of static caravans at this site. Sorry, firepits and campfires are not allowed. Four legged friends are also welcome to join you for your stay with up to two dogs allowed per pitch.

Site rules and policies
Four touring pitches, a minimum 3 night stay is required at bank holidays and 7 nights stay for the Sidmouth Folk Festival.
Check in is from 2.00pm and 5.30pm. Late arrivals to contact the duty warden prior to 8.00pm.
Check out is by 12 noon.
Dogs to be kept on a lead at all times.
Noise levels to be kept to a minimum between 10.30pm and 9.00am.
