About the site

Set within ten acres of beautiful Yorkshire countryside, enjoy a peaceful base on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales National Park and the Forest of Bowland. With the market town of Settle just a ten minute drive away, it's an ideal spot for walkers, cyclists and anyone looking to escape the everyday buzz. The spacious, level camping fields are well-drained and offer plenty of room for tents, campervans and motorhomes. There are over 150 pitches, including electric hook up options and hardstanding touring pitches with scenic views. If you'd rather a little extra comfort, the camping pods are a great choice. The cosy two-person pods have a double bed, handy kitchen appliances and a private picnic table outside. Larger family pods sleep up to four with the addition of a sofa bed. After a day of exploring, the walkers' ensuite cabins provide a cosy place to recharge. Sleeping four or six in bunk beds, each cabin includes a shower room, microwave, kettle and toaster for easy meals and a morning cuppa! When it's time to refuel, tuck into freshly made wood-fired pizzas or enjoy a drink at the onsite bar. Dogs are welcome to join your stay. BBQs and fire pits are allowed, provided they are raised off the ground.

The Dalesbridge is open from 01/01 to 30/11. Stay from £20/night for 2 people (2-night minimum).

Motorhome - Electric All Weather PitchesJun 2026

Not to great, lots of dogs barking all the time! And the manager never said 'hello'. Customer service not good, will not go back.

Medium Tent - Non Electric Grass PitchesJun 2026

Location would have 5 stars if it wasn't for a main road being used heavily by lorries, were they are very noticeable at night - which, for me, spoilt the imagination of being in the Yorkshire Dales.

Not as good as last time
