Stream Valley Holiday Park is a family run and immaculately kept park with a limited number of pitches, set just a few minutes from the Cornish coastline, close to the edge of Penzance and in reach of the beach. Get comfy on pitches which offer both electric and water or head out to explore the South West - with St Ives and pretty Mousehole both within 15-25 minutes of the site.

Very small, compact but attractive site.. Too soggy to use a grass pitch, but hard pitch available with grass at back for our GoPod awning. Peaceful night's sleep.

We needed an out-of-season site for a break in West Cornwall and found this. It's small-ish, peaceful and was well situated for our purposes. Clean, tidy and friendly. Grass pitches were struggling a bit after recent heavy rains but then most of the UK did. I guess if you had to be picky, it would be more suitable for couples with smaller tourers rather than big families and big tents but we couldn't fault it. Some of the reviews are obviously by people who have never camped before and expect everything to be perfect like a holiday resort. Well, 'hello!' This is a different thing - enjoy it rather than complain. We shall certainly be back (probably out of season again) and look forward to it. Thank you for having us.

The site was exactly what we wanted, small and convenient. The setting was lovely, a small walk from the village. The site was neat and tidy and had everything we needed. The staff were very friendly and help was there if we needed it.

We recently had a holiday at Stream Valley HP, and we all found it great for kids and families. Very positive couple running the holiday park who bend over backwards to help. Plus, the facilities were all nice and clean which is always a a positive for me. We will definitely be coming back later in the year.

Lovely peaceful site only 20 mins walk into Penzance. So relaxed. Shop & chippy close by. Some people moan about charges for using the shower but believe me, for the small price you pay you get a lovely long uninterrupted shower. Highly recommended.

We booked this site mainly for the location to visit other places within the area. The site is clean and tidy but very small. It is not great for those with dogs as not really anywhere to walk from the site. The site itself is very small and compact. If you intend to spend your days on site then it is not ideal but if you intend on going out days then it s great to use as a base.

Had a lovely weekend in Penzance at Stream Valley. The site was clean and quiet, with nice countryside all around. It was an easy walk down into Penzance and a cheap taxi ride back up again. As a family it was a relaxing site to stay on for the weekend.
