Set in the Cornish countryside near Redruth, Lanyon Holiday Park is a family-run spacious park close to many of Cornwall's beaches and attractions. Suitable for both tents and tourers, the pitches benefit from lovely views across open countryside to the sea beyond. The sunsets are particularly beautiful. Relax as the kids splash around in the pool, play in the park or on the trampoline. Dog friendly, with campfires welcome.

About Lanyon Holiday Park
The park is situated in the heart of the Cornish countryside, catering for camping, touring and static caravan hire. It's set in 14 acres of grounds sub-divided into five different areas, all with well-drained, spacious and level pitches. Touring caravans, tents and motorhomes can pitch up on large free draining pitches with short grass in this pretty setting. To set the camping mood, the site has a limited number of fire pits for guests to hire, so you can light up a campfire. All Gold Pitches have electric and a hedge boundary, and are sized at 9m x 9m. On the other hand Silver Pitches do not have electricity and don't feature a hedged boundary, and these pitches are 7m x 9m.
Lanyon Holiday Park is open from 01/04 to 31/10.
In the height of the season there are three toilet and shower blocks to choose from. Two have dishwashing facilities, and all hot water is free of charge. Fridges and freezers are available at no extra cost. There are three launderettes on site, with free use of ironing facilities.
The site's heated swimming pool (open April to end of September) is great fun. It is 26ft x 12ft - perfect for small children! The play park is fully enclosed and has two large trampolines with safety nets, climbing frame, swings and more. There is also an open grassed area with football goals.
A one acre paddock with short grass is available to exercise your pet, with dog waste bin provided at entrance/exit. Free Wi-Fi is available on site.

Max 12 people
XL pitches with two 10 amp electric hook-ups available, water and hedged boundary. Fan shaped pitches, approx 17m x 14m at the top and 9m at the base. One unit and two cars per pitch.

Fully equipped holiday caravans with ample crockery, cutlery, glassware, cookware, pillows, duvets and mattress protectors. Outside there is either a picnic bench or tables and chairs.

Amazing park, run by an amazing couple. Only met the gent and he couldn't have been more kind, friendly and polite - just an all round nice guy. All facilities were clean. The pool was a god send for the children. So many things to do within a half mile in all directions. Would definitely book again.

Things to do on site and in the Redruth area
This park is ideally positioned to explore the many charms of west Cornwall - and of course, being in Cornwall, you are never too far away from the beach.
Nearby the unique Mineral Tramways network offers 50km of off road cycling and walking trails. You'll be on the doorstep of the Great Flat Lode Trail, and the famous Carn Brea Castle and Monument is just one mile away, offering spectacular views.
Stithians Reservoir is under two miles away and offers courses on windsurfing, kayaking and sailing. It's also a popular lake for fly fishing.
