About Noble Wood Camping
Surrounded by unique woodland set within the glorious Lake District National Park, Noble Wood is a tranquil site where guests can reconnect with nature, while enjoying the comforts that makes camping special. There is a selection of pitches catering for tents, caravans and motorhomes, all with access to electric hook-ups if required. Dogs are welcome onsite, though must be kept under control as there is wildlife and livestock onsite.
Open from 1 March to 31 October
Site facilities include toilet and shower blocks as well as waste disposal.
The local village of Cartmel has a selection of pubs serving food and drink.

Three night deposit is asked to confirm booking. Whole payment is due two week before stay. If you are staying for less than three nights, payment in full will confirm booking.
Things to do on site and in the Grange-Over-Sands area
Being close to Windermere, Cartmel, Kendal and Grange-Over-Sands to name but a few, use this site as your base to explore the beautiful South Lakes Peninsula.
There is a network of cycle routes that start from the site or, for the more adventurous, pedal along one of the many mountain bike trails close to the site.
Grizedale Forest is just 30 minutes away with stunning scenery and a number of walking/cycling trails to explore.
